Location Location! West end St.John’s just behind the Village Mall on Duntara Crescent- nearby Torbay major shopping area,midway to downtown, midway to Avalon mall/hospital/MUN. All major bus routes. Available September 1.

This used to be $900 last year, but we felt it kinder to lower the rent for this year's tenants.

2 bedrooms: new door installations as of August 2016, clean,quiet
1 bathroom: newly renovated as of August 5th,2016. Fresh tub and shower installed
Cost: Rent is 785/POU
POU: Electricity averages around $50-$75 per person ($100-150 per month in total)
Ideally a 12 month lease but can be shortened with exception upon meeting- we are very reasonable and can discuss on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Perks:
-The apartment receives good lighting(well-lit). Midday, supper, and evening the sun faces into your pathway/walkway windows and front door/living space windows, providing heat and light. It has heat conservation/insulated windows throughout apartment that assist with costs during the winter.
-Own driveway parking for 1 car (exceptional for basement apartment and for winter convenience). The front lawn is groomed with plants, hostas, and your driveway/walkway is redbrick providing a very pretty walkway to relax on. Also, in the winter, a comfort to have lovely neighbors who help one another out with snow clearing.
-Washer and Dryer both in the house, no laundromats needed.


This apartment is best suited towards people who like to be at affordable rates in the best locations: straddled in a convenient location between downtown, the mall/university, shopping parallel on Topsail Road such as the Village Mall, 24 hour Shoppers Drug Mart, restaurants, & Sobeys/Walmart. In the other two directions is downtown nightlife as a cheap taxi away, or towards the hospital you will be direct transportation to Kenmount road, Avalon mall, and MUN.On all the major bus routes just outside of the house (review bus route 19, etc), this community provides accommodation next to dining, transportation and entertainment. This location also has trail ways directly behind your street: the trails are well groomed and developed paths for walking, jogging, pets, with a child’s playground, tennis courts, and a softball field all within 5 minutes access.
The neighbors on Duntara are warm, welcoming, and established. It is a comfort to have your landlord and their roommate, both medical residents, be quiet and sociable (super friendly), directly above for easy assistance should you need it.
