Client Engagement Coordinator

As the Client Engagement Coordinator, you are a key member of the BOLT team and will provide support to our leadership team. Your primary role will encompass a wide variety of responsibilities including engagement coordination, meeting preparation and support, and professional research and analysis.
Your experience will demonstrate your business background and your ability to research, analyze and write professionally as well as present information in a creative and compelling manner. In addition, you will have demonstrated excellent multi-tasking and time management skills and will be at ease working independently and with deadlines. Above all you will be a person who works collaboratively with others, is flexible, and seeks out new challenges and further development.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have a minimum of five years of related business experience in a professional environment supporting senior management or a business function or service area. This will be combined with a university degree in business or communications or other related field. Consideration may also be given to a recent MBA or related Masters degree graduate with some related experience. High proficiency in the Microsoft office suite and exposure to graphic design would be ideal.
