Position Description

Your Responsibilities:
.Managing the project timeline and budget to successful and timely completion according to project requirements
.Coordinate with several internal departments, suppliers and customers to establish and adhere to a project timeline
.Insuring that the projects meet or exceed the contractual, technical, cost and schedule expectations
.Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal resources to communicate relevant information, provide project updates and ensure issue resolution
.Establish and maintain professional relationships with project stakeholders, including: Customers, suppliers and team members (sales, service, technical departments)
.Purchase product and source third party suppliers for services related to the project
.Conduct cost analysis and produce project quotes for customer
.Manage change orders including quoting and cost analysis pertaining to the changes in the project
.Process service orders, expedite purchase orders and transfers, and address issued with expediting overdue product

Position Requirements

Your Skills and Qualifications:
.Technical background in Mechanical Engineering or Journeyman Millwright
.University degree or college diploma in project management or related field
.4-5 years' experience as project manager or leadership role in industrial sector
.Knowledge and experience working with Wajax hydraulic systems or similar line of product
.Strong sense of detail paired with excellent analytical and technical skills
.Maintain a keen focus on profitability and timeliness.
.Experience in handling collections with ease
.Effective communication and negotiation skills
