Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary full time Reporting Analyst (Electric File Analyst) in Kitchener, ON. To qualify for this Reporting Analyst role, you must have savvy analytical and technical skills, love working with numbers, reams of data and many plan sponsors. Our client is a leading Canada-based financial services company and is known for providing their customers with reliable, trustworthy and forward-thinking solutions for their most significant financial decisions. The salary for this position is $20.78/hour.

Reporting Analyst (Electronic File Analyst) Responsibilities:

• Act as a key liaison for Plan Member Administration (PMA) with respect to electronic client files; attend meetings to share information internally and with clients; gather, document and analyze client data to facilitate successful electronic data uploads
• Provide expertise on related systems and procedures, file specifications, automatic file translators and manual updating
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem analysis in resolving client issues
• Seek out opportunities to drive process improvements to gain efficiencies and best practices
• Liaise with the IS team on data/system issues and provide testing support

Reporting Analyst (Electronic File Analyst) Qualifications:

• Experience in a technical role; preferably related to review, loading and/or manipulation of large data files, often requiring deep analysis and problem solving
• Proven experience with MS Office; with an intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel
• Strives to anticipate potential issues, procedural gaps, and servicing needs
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Payroll or accounting background would be suitable
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, confidence and resilience through change and in everyday situations
