Purpose of Job:
Champion CIBC's vision of being "The Leader in Client Relationships" and support achievement of goals by: understanding and staying abreast of changes in clients' industries, businesses, and objectives as they relate to the treasury/cash management function. Providing overall leadership and direction to a specialized team of cash management sales professionals (Senior Managers, Managers, and Associates responsible for supporting and growing the Cash Management portfolio of clients located in South-West Ontario). Provide leadership, information and consistent messaging across the portfolio of clients. Provide direct coverage over an aligned portfolio of clients (mid-market) with high levels of complexity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to increase engagement and co-ordinated calling efforts.
