We service markets such as government, property management, hotel/motel, small business, restaurant and food processing. We are offering a great opportunity in a fantastic work environment.

Responsibilities:
Administrative support to office and management staff
Creating Purchase Orders
Inventory counts and receiving
Inside sales and sales analysis
Preparing reports and financial data
Accounts receivable (invoicing and collections)
Accounts payable (coding, entries, cheques, reconciliation)
Visa statement reconciliation
Payroll, Source deductions and PST & GST remittance
Assisting managers with day-to-day operations as needed
Web design
Warehouse duties such as stocking shelves and pulling orders

Requirements:
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and telephone skills
Must possess strong computer skills
Team player and willing to take direction
Customer service experience helpful but not required
Strong work ethic
Un/loading items up to 50lbs

Benefits Include
Wage as per experience, starting at $15.00/hour
Great West Life Benefit package after probation period
Monday to Friday work week with some overtime
Company funded training courses and on-site training
