Sales and Fundraising Supervisor

Job Description:Job Description TNI Network Inc., located at #400-604 Columbia Street, New Westminster, B.C. V3M 1A5, is looking to fill a vacant position for a Sales and Fundraising Supervisor [ NOC 62010] . This will be a full-time, permanent position. Job duties:Preparing and coordinating schedules for fund raising representatives;Preparing reports for fundraisers and present them to Managers;Preparing reports on team performance and identify opportunities to reach fundraising goals;Facilitate timely turnaround of client requests; Coordinate with all support teams;Improve client service, perception, and satisfaction and prepare escalation reports when required; Work in a team and communicate effectively to the betterment of the team’s overall efficiency;Engage conflict resolution skills;Lead by example to carry out fundraising initiatives with the team in the field to achieve collective goals Job requirements:Completed secondary school;Minimum of one year previous sales experience;Proficiency in English including speaking and writing component required;Able to meet multiple deadlines and balance a heavy workload, excellent organization Skills:Candidate must be willing to work independently and manage teams with a high level of accuracy, have excellent interpersonal skills and display a high level of professionalism. This position is full time, 11:30 am-7:30 pm, Mon-Fri. Applicant may be required to work on weekends as per work demand. Compensation is $23.10/ per hour. 40 hours per week.
