The Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and is responsible for store operations, including overseeing aspects of production, sales, and human resources. This involves developing and working with a staff of professional employees, generating maximum revenue, and ensuring both customer and employee satisfaction. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for having a thorough understanding of the doughnut production process and maintaining a high level of quality products. Requirements: Must be a hands on, experienced leader, in a restaurant and/or retail environment as an assistant manager and be able to build teams and develop people to meet a common goal. We are a customer experience retail business and all managers must be available to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
