This is an increasingly harder to find, Altec Lansing ER-12S, 8 ohm, 12 inch speaker, made by Electrovoice for Altec Lansing, in great condition (please see pics). This early 80's speaker is very close in configuration and extended upper frequency capability to the extremely rare, Electro-Voice (EV) made Fender 12F speaker, equipped with the same JBL type aluminum dome, and has the shallower EVM12S frame with the shallow 70586 EVM12S cone. EVM 12L speakers had a larger frame and came with the deeper 79195 cone.
