We are a family of 5 ISO a home for a long term rental with minimum 3bed + den anywhere "just outside" the big cities. We are open to anywhere between Calgary and Edmonton and surrounding areas. We are ideally looking for something with some privacy/property within about a 20 min drive to schools/stores as we have 3 children ages 4, 9 and 12 but are open to being in most of the smaller towns we have here in central Alberta. With the children all starting in new schools we don't want to be moving again anytime soon, therefore wanting the long rental agreement between 5 and 10 years which in return leaves you without having to worry either. No set $$ for monthly rent as we are open to many options and locations and with it being a longer rental agreement we would have to discuss. We have no pets, no smoking, open to credit check, background check and also excellent references from our current long term rental that is only ending due to the owners moving back in.
