Partially vegetarian household; strictly non-smoking property, and acoustic music only. Human-friendly, dog-aggressive rescue dog on site. The 8 x 8 cabin is insulated and fully self-contained; there are three windows, a storm door and a skylight. A private outdoor kitchen and composting toilet are nearby, or enjoy use of shared kitchen and washroom elsewhere on the same property. Fresh mint and lavender, raspberries, tomatoes and more on the property… Plenty of space for you to put in your own garden as well. $795/month includes electricity and parking for one car plus access to indoor kitchen (shared with the owner) and washroom if you want it, in the main building. Internet is available on the property but is somewhat sketchy; would be open to discussions about installing an extender at additional cost. Use of one bike also included (may need some repairs prior to riding). Laundry on site for an additional fee. Willing to reduce the rent in exchange for some gardening/landscaping and/or painting or carpentry work around the property and/or bike maintenance, dog sitting and/or other errands.
