If you know that you want to stay past August 31st 2024, the rent is higher for an entirely new lease, please contact the landlord about this. The building is NOT PET FRIENDLY.

    Quite large for a one bedroom. Convenient location, between the Barrington Street Superstore, and Queen Street Sobeys. Lots of bus stops and amenities nearby. Within ~20 ish minutes of SMU, and ~25 of Dalhousie. Very close to the waterfront, and downtown.

    West-facing windows and a balcony. Has a storage room beside the kitchen (to the righthand of the couch). 3 closets! One in the entryway, the bedroom, and a smaller linen closet next to the bathroom.

    Rent includes ALL utilities except for Internet. I paid $69/month for Purple Cow! If you have an AC unit, and want to use it in the summer, you need to pay an extra fee each month (it was $25).
