Hi there! My roommate and I are looking for a third person to join us on a fixed term 1 year lease on a beautiful north end house. About the house- This is a fully detached house with all bedrooms on the top floor and a living room, morning room and kitchen on main level with massive yard and basement. The rent does not include utilities which will be shared equally. Heat is fuel and most expensive utility, based on last tenant we expect it to work out to $60 a month per person. A bit about us- My roommate and I are two female professionals in our early 30s (and a cat). We've been roomates for several years and get along well.We like to read, cook and garden and the occasional board game night but we're often in bed by 10. The cat LOVES other cats and is getting quite lonely but I'm afraid she's scared of dogs.

The lease: 1 year fixed term lease, this isn't a lease take over or sublet, you'd be signing on the lease with us starting in May but you can start moving in sooner. What we are looking for- We're hoping to share a home not just a house. We value clear communication on boundaries, openness and a willingness to negotiate. We'd prefer a female professional as well, no couples or dogs or smoking, sorry.
