We’re a 2 minute walk from the Queen streetcar and Greenwood Park, 10 minutes to the beach and Tommy Thompson Park. There are lots of shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bars nearby.

We are a friendly young family that live upstairs and are looking for someone who will be respectful and enjoy living in this great neighbourhood.

The apartment is available immediately, but start date is flexible. We require two references and first and last months rent.
