It has been professionally cleaned including ducts and has new vinyl plank flooring throughout. We are looking for respectful tenants as the mobile is located in our yard. The ideal candidate would have a bit of home care background or be willing to learn as I am looking for (paid position) help for 1 hr Mon-Thurs evenings to put me to bed as I am a quadriplegic (amounts to $300). We have pets and livestock so only approved small pets will be considered.
