Available April 1st. This suite is located on the main floor of a family home, with a separate entrance. Because it is within our family home, our criteria is more strict than a regular apartment building. Self contained, separate entrance, basic furniture (not the same furniture as in the photos), no public transit, 8 min drive north of Magnetic Hill Zoo. Includes internet, central air, heat, hydro, hot water, parking. No smoking (anything) or vaping (inside or outdoors), no pets, no drugs, excessive drinking or parties, single occupancy only. No overnight guests please. Please notice there is not an oven but there is the 4 burner stove top. Kitchen supplies are provided as well as microwave and toaster oven. Laundry is negotiable. Will be available April 1st.
