We are looking for a long-term rental, between three and five years. We are a family of five and my boys are both teen-agers. We would need three or four bedrooms, and a space where I can work as I work from home full-time for the federal government. The price is negotiable, but we would prefer something close to $1800, without utilities. I will hope to be downsizing a bit in five years, so I will be willing to sign a lease for that long if you prefer.
