We are looking for a larger home with a bit of land so that we can have our equipment and trucks with us. We have pets and there are four adults my husband and myself and my divorced parents. We have currently been renting were we are in a small townhouse that is now making us sick due to mold for over 12yrs we have never missed a payment. We are solid people we don't party and we don't do drugs of any sort , we don't mind smoking cigarettes outside if need be we have been doing that for 12yrs already so it doesn't bother us at all. My husband and I are truckers and we have equipment such as trucks and heavy equipment. We would love a rent to own if possible but if not a long term rental is fine. We need a 3 or more bedroom home with 1 or more bathrooms. And privacy would be wonderful a fixer upper is ok too we are skilled and have know how.
