Antique print titled “The Whirlpool” by W.H. Bartlett in an antique Adirondack Black Forest frame with oak leaves. W.H. Bartlett is noted to the bottom left below the print. W.H. Bartlett (1809-1854) is well known for his many historical etchings and prints. An amazing coloured print depicting a racing river with majestic mountains in the background. Two men are avidly observing the rapid moving water. Good antique condition. Any wear commensurates with the age of this item. Some age spots on the print. One oak leaf is missing. Art is approximately 6” wide and 4” long. Frame is approximately 11” wide and 9” long.
