Mid-Century ANTIQUE "blue eclipse" ICE BUCKET / ICE TUB (RUSSEL)

ANTIQUE ice bucket for sale. RUSSELL. Made from durable heavy glass. Clear with blue and gold coloured "Eclipse" pattern. Russel Wright was commissioned by Bartlett-Collins to design this line of barware in 1957. Named for the overlapping pattern of colored and gold dots, the Eclipse line was manufactured in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Designed as an ice bucket, but could serve many purposes! Measures approximately 4" H x 6.5" diameter (at the top) x 5.5" diameter (at the base). Part of the gold paint on the rim has worn away with paint loss and scratches in the dot pattern. No other issues to note, no cracks or chips. A fun dish ready for immediate use! Hand wash recommended.
