Le set inclus 6 chaises dont une est capitaine. La table est en chêne et il est écrit sous la table à la main Oak #208-A, en plus d’une étiquette partielle sous la table inscrite : “FURNITURE CO., W. This antique dining room set itself was originally constructed circa 1910 but maybe as early as 1905 and as late as shortly after WWI. An oval table with five bulbous turned and reeded legs. Table is approximately 44” diameter round and has three leaves that extends it to 6 ft. It includes six chairs one being a carver. The table is oak which was written by hand underneath the table Oak #208-A, along with a tag on base torn that reads: “FURNITURE CO., W. ONTARIO, BLE_A SPECIALTY ”. This set has been refinished with a black lacquer finish that in all likelihood was done in the 3rd or 4th quarter of the 20th century which looks good and appears to have been professionally done. The appraisal was done on-line by Elizabeth Antiques Appraisal Service & Appraisal Ottawa. This set is solid and in a very good condition. Price is negotiable or best offer.
