Antique Brass Wheel Cigar Tobacco Cutter

A memento from a voyage at sea, this vintage brass nautical cutter is in the form of a ship's wheel. Spinning the wheel activates the blade cutter. A must have for any man cave or cigar room and fun for a collector. It has "Compliments Newfoundland Canada Steamships Ltd, Halifax, N.S." inscribed on the rim as seen in the photos.
