The Star Doll Manufacturing Company of Toronto was founded in Ontario in 1952 - 1970. It was established by two American dollmakers. In 1960, Harry Zigelstein, a Canadian became President.
Star Dolls were made of rubber skin or plastic and vinyl.
This 1962 23" Star Doll has a plastic body, vinyl head and is jointed at the head, shoulders and hips. She has dark blonde curly hair and gorgeous blue sleep eyes. She has been redressed. She also has Star Doll Canada stamped on her neck.
She is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and part of a 40+ year collection.
