7 original Hardy Boy books in good to excellent condition.


Franklin W. Dixon is a pen name for the various writers that wrote the Hardy Boy Mysteries for the Stratemeyer Syndicate.

There are 58 books in the Hardy Boy Series. The first 38 books were wrote from 1927 - 1959. From 1959 - 1973, these first 38 books were revised and reissued, in a project managed by Harriet S. Adams, the daughter of Edward Statemeyer. The end result is 38 books with similar stories by different authors with the same name. Books number 39 - 58 were written from 1960 - 1979 and have not been revised or rewritten.
The original 38 books were published by Grosset & Dunlop and are extremely collectible today.
