    A sweet piece part of the Sea Character Series in the Royal Doulton collection in this, "Song Of The Sea' HN 2729 figurine, made in England and issued between 1982-1991 and now retired.

    Designed and modeled so artistically and with beautiful detail and coloring by William K. Harper as a sea-faring Captain home from the sea and spending quality time with his grandson who is looking up at his grandfather with awe as he holds a seashell to his ear, telling him grand tales and songs of the sea.

    A darling figurine in absolutely flawless condition, measuring approximately 8" high and is signed on the base by the artist.

    A sweet gift to a grandfather from his grandson or grandfather to his grandson or to enhance a collection in the Sea Characters line in this fun Royal Doulton series!
