*AS-IS* 1946/1947 Northern Electric 5004 Radio Phonograph

Northern Electric model 5004 radio phonograph comes in very good cosmetic condition. Has some wear/scuffing present but very nice considering its age. Radiomuseum says it was made in Canada in either 1946 or 1947

Radio doesn't work, a humming sound is present. Phonograph record player spins, no further testing done. Being sold AS-IS, I'm not knowledgeable about how to repair these types of things.
