    Description

    From the late 1950s, this sweet lacquered papier mache round trinket - storage box features a floral design in greens, blues, coral red and gold on an ivory background. Stands 2" high and 4 3/4" in diameter. Stamped on the back "Alfred E. Knobler Alcohol Proof Japan", it originally held a set of matching coasters. The paper and graphics are intact and the box is in very good vintage condition. $15.
