This fine original black & white lithograph print circa 1940 titled "Nothing But The Truth" by WILLIAM SHARP (Austrian/American, 1900-1961) a well listed & famous courtroom illustrator/artist measures approximately 8 ¾ X 9 ¼ inches. 16 ½ X 19 ½ framed.

Sharp's work is represented in many museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Library of Congress, the Carnegie Institute, and the New York Public Library. William Sharp born 1900, died in New York City on April 1, 1961.

"Nothing But The Truth" is considered the *RAREST* and most sought-after lithograph image produced by the artist. The lithograph is housed in a simple black & gold tone vintage wood frame with signs of normal wear & tear expected for its age.

The print is signed in the image (lower left).

Gifted by Mr. Justice Edson Livingstone Haines (1906-1996) of the Ontario Supreme Court and founder of the Toronto Law Firm, Thomson Rogers.

Will accept reasonable offer.
