    Dupage Pic-A-Splice Vintage Splicer

    Not exactly sure how this works but I believe it is a splicer for 8mm film This little manual unit measures about 3" x 4". No visible rust / corrosion. The two blades appear to still be sharp.

    Appears to be in working order.
