Large Watercolour? / Print, Framed Under Glass, Beautiful Frame

It measures 32.5 inches long and 27 inches tall. It is signed, but I can't make out the artist's name. There are some flaws on the frame, but these do not affect its beauty. Please see the pictures. Buy from more than one kijiji listing and pay less. I live in Linwood, and have collected quite a collection. If you pick-up in Linwood you can see what else I have for sale on Kijiji and more.
