Pro drummer guitarist and bassist from Stratford area in our 40's are looking to start something a little different.

An all male 80's New Wave band. We are seeking a great male lead singer who can play killer keyboards and complete the core lineup.

The stuff we are looking to do would be a little more on the punky, masculine side then some of the music that came out back then (No songs sung by women, not doing stuff like Culture Club, Wham, Dead Or Alive, Spandau Ballet, etc.)
More like the following...
I Got U - Split Enz
Twilight Zone - Golden Earring
I Ran - A Flock Of Seagulls
Don't Walk On Past - Blue Peter
Lunatic Fringe - Red Rider
Cars - Gary Numan

The idea is to have a more heavier rock sound (fairly loud, punchy guitars and drums) behind a great sounding keyboard with all the authentic effects back in the day and a smokin' lead vocal to put the cherry on the cake. Then we're all set for live shows.

We plan to rehearse every 3 weeks or so - the whole band does their work at home in batches of say 10 song chunks
and then we come together on a Sunday afternoon in Stratford to put it all together.

MUST have what it takes vocally to cover a wide variety of singing ranges, solid keyboard playing, pro gear and your own
wheels to get back and forth to rehearsals and gigs. We plan to perform live in the area (anywhere from St. Thomas through
to Guelph and every good room in between) around twice a month on weekends (could be either a Friday or Saturday night) - If your keyboard only we should still talk.

If interested, contact Martin and we can work out an email address for you to send us your audio and/or video samples proving what
you can do. If you're professional and have the experience to do this right then having samples of you live shouldn't be an issue.
