This is a high performance Power steering pump for a high horsepower car or truck. All chrome made by Sanden tensioner and brackets included. Make me an offer, I haven't reconditioned or cleaned it up yet. So yes before and after price. Looks good and was told it's good to go dirty. Nice peice
