The strap holders that are supposed to lock it in place have never worked - flaw in the design. But I jerryrigged the fix for height adjustments using some lids - never slid out and worked perfectly.
This is a great jumper/ stationary exersaucer, and a new baby will love it asuch asine did for a fraction of the cost : )
Box has seen better days, but it's all on there and ready for easy transport
