The apartment environment and neighborhood must be free from any excessive noise from any source virtually all the time since I work from home at unusual hours (anytime between 12pm and 1am 7 days a week).
No basement spaces (unless it's an exceptional designed space and completely sealed from noise in the rest of the house).
I'm a non-smoker so the environment must be strictly designated as non-smoking.
I do not have any pets.
