The Bullwheel, Fourth Ace is seeking five (5) Line Cooks to join our expanding team at Big White in Kelowna, BC. The Bullwheel is a full function restaurant and bar located in the heart of the village at the Big White Ski Resort.
Job duties include:
-Prepare and cook meals from a menu
-Plan and prepare special food items as per customer dietary needs
-Maintain inventory and records of food, and other supplies and equipment as needed
-Determine portion sizes and estimate food requirements for side dishes and main dishes
-Work under the direction of the head chef and Sous Chef
-Maintain a clean and clear workspace and ensure cooking surfaces are clean and sanitized

Education:
-Secondary high school diploma. Post-secondary education in restaurant management is an asset.
Experience:
-1 to 2 years direct experience an asset. In-house training provided.
