The Bullwheel, Fourth Ace is seeking three (3) Sous Chefs to join our expanding team at Big White in Kelowna, BC. The Bullwheel is a full function restaurant and bar located in the heart of the village at the Big White Ski Resort.
Job duties include:
-Supervise activities of cooks and line cooks and other kitchen staff
-Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods, like pastries and sauces, soups, salads, and other meals
-Instruct cooks and line cooks in preparation and presentation of food
-Assist in planning menus and requisition food and kitchen supplies
-May train and supervise new cooks and kitchen staff
-Report operations to management and create reports for management
-Report directly to the Head Chef

Education:
-Secondary high school diploma. Post-secondary education and certification as a Cook/ Chef an asset.
Experience:
-2 to 3 years direct experience required.
