The A-MAZE-N-Smoker (AMNS) is a smoke generator that was created out of the need to cold smoke meat, fish, cheese and the like. After months of testing, we found the perfect combination of design, materials and sawdust that continually provided consistent results - every time. Even though the AMNS was created for cold smoking, it can also be used to supplement smoke at temperatures up to 180°F inside your smoker or grill.
