Our cottages are on lakefront property. We use the front one and rent the back one. Our guests enjoy their own private fire pit, bbq, picnic table and more. Private beach access on site. Fits max 6 people including children or 4 adults max. Located on Ipperwash beach on Lake Huron. Shallow waters, great for children. Wifi included Pets are allowed as long as the they are well behaved and friendly. Leash only beach. Max 2 small dogs allowed or 1 med/large dog. AVAILABILITY: Min 2 nights stay off season (May, Sept and Oct) $220 per night weekday $250 per night weekend Availability: May 4-June 7 available per night or week May 17-20 (long weekend) $700 June 8-14 $1500 June 15-21 $1500 June 22-28 $1600 June 29-July 5 $1700 (Canada day) Aug 24-30 $1600 Aug 31-Sept 6 $1600 Sept 7-13 $1500 Sept 14-Oct 30 can be booked per night or week Thanksgiving weekend $700 (3 nights) 2 bedrooms with a sunroom. 2 double sized beds and 2 sofa beds in the sunroom. 1 bathroom with tub and shower Equipped kitchen: Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes. Private Bbq grill, and fire pit. Cottage has AC, fans, picnic table. Bring your own bedsheets, towels, pillows and blankets. 2 parking spaces allowed Close to groceries, pizza place, gas station, LCBO, 2 min drive to laundromat. 25 min to Grand Bend. 10 min to Foodland and Tim Hortons Enjoy the world renowned sunsets! Games package available for rent: 2 kayaks, large floating mat and lawn games $100 Check in anytime check out 3pm 50% deposit of total cost is due when booking and remaining amount due 30 days prior (less than 30 days booking payment is due in full).
