Sadly i just do not have the tools for this project yet it is still a beautiful well conditioned 12 speed racing mountain bike, with a shock obsorber seat, water bottle holder, and foot peddal straps to you can keep your feet gripped on the pedals while riding, and as for the minimum maintenance needed to get this bike in working condition would be loosening the back brakes, replacing the front tube and the right hand side gear transmitter/(wire) as well. Also most importantly the chain should be okay it is already degreesed and lubed up
