This is the 996 series of 911. Considered by afficionados as the most fun to drive series. It was also the first all new chassis platform since the original 911. As a result, it is the first 911 to have a modern dashboard and interior, a major upgrade over previous 911s.

With 320hp it is an absolute delight to drive. It has the triptonic transmission, the precursor to the brilliant PDK. It gives the car dual personalities. You can cruise in this car, or you can use the steering toggles to transform the car into the sports car everyone thinks of when they think of a 911.

It was driven for 20 years by a lady who only drove it on perfect days. As a result, this car has averaged 2,000 kilometers annually. It has always been garaged, never seen snow (of course). Unfortunately, I didn’t quite make it home in time last year before the rain hit so I can no longer say it has never seen rain ☹
