Selling 1999 Disco 1

Love this truck but buying something newer after vibration developed when accelerating past 60. Still drives good up to 60 and you can ease it up to higher speeds but will get rumbling in the pedal/wheel. Daily driver for past 4 years put a lot of work into it over that time.

THE GOOD: - Starts and drives - New fuel pump in February 2024 - New spark plugs and wiring February 2024 - New battery February 2024 - New front brakes February 2024 - Duratec all terrain tires basically brand new March 2023 - New alternator November 2023 - New ignition/starter June 2020 - Regular oil changes including filter and air filter - Automatic Transmission good shifts all gears - 4x4 works - Back seats removed but I have them - Lights signals and wipers all work - Power windows work except for 1 rear (motor gave out currently propped shut) - Half tank of gas - Very little rust for its age - 279km - Strong engine - Everything under the hood is very clean and in good shape for how old it is.

THE BAD: - Vibration in pedal/wheel when accelerating from 60-80 - Leaks oil so have to top up every so often - Hoods bit dented after someone backed into it around April 2022 took out the glass enclosure of the front driver headlight everything still works and closes etc the light currently has tape over it which has surprisingly held up all winter. - Driver side door handle broke door works but need new handle - Driver side door lock cable snapped at -40 - Need 2 ppl to open hood 1 to pull the lever other to lift the hatch

Good for lots of hard to find parts for disco enthusiasts or project truck. TRS (formerly rover shop) in Calgary may be able to fix as they specialize in land rovers but I'm throwing the towel in personally at this point in favour of something newer. I personally believe the engine still has a ton of life in it.
