1985 Dodge Ram Camper Van

Perfect for a tiny home on wheels! Is mechanically sound. In living space, leaks need to be fixed in order to live in. Things that work: Engine, lights, indicators, high beams, windscreen wiper, no cracks in windows, really good tread on wheels, good spear tire, leaf spring suspension, strong axels, radiator heating, all doors open and lock except the passenger door does not open, runs on gasoline, chrome bumper bars, steel body, fiberglass roof, new battery, easy to steer, hand break works great, automatic. Camper Van Perks: Can stand up in the back, wood burning stove!, foot water pump, vintage French Provincial dresser, wood counter top, over cabin storage, slide-open windows with mosquito net, large plexiglass skylight (lets in so much light!), comes with some of the original woodwork: pony wall, cedar siding, bed frame, shelves, cubbies, etc.. Downside: Has rust and holes which cause leaks, the last build looked great but was hiding the leaks and lead to mold and a rotten subfloor. We will supply the mold removal treatment. Mostly gutted. We need to sell it because we were intending to live in it right away and don’t have the resources to fix it up. Whoever buys it will need space, time, and know how.
