2001 Toyota Sequoia - Ultimate Overlander!

I have another vehicle I have my eye on so I can be a bit flexible. Runs and drives like new. JUST had the timing belt and water pump replaced (over $2000). Have receipt from garage. Don't let the mileage scare you! With the major service just done this should go another 200,000 worry free. Pros - frame is great, rear hatch rust free, a/c works great, sunroof works, comes with 2 sets of wheels/tires (winters are brand new Nokians on oem rims, summers are FJ cruiser rims with all terrain tires good for another summer or 2), has newer brakes, brand new block heater, maintenance done meticulously with synthetic oil, brand new spark plugs done with timing belt service, all power windows work great, windshield is perfect, 4x4 works great, new headlights and upgraded to LED, massive amount of storage (can fit a full sheet of plywood with rear seats folded!). Carfax shows no reported accidents. cons - driver's seat ripped, couple dings, stuck in 4x4 (was like this when I bought it and it wasn't an issue for me), back hatch window doesn't go down, radio works but speakers are toast, CEL for cats (doesn't affect anything and definitely not worth replacing), gauge cluster replaced so it doesn't show proper odometer reading, missing one of the 3rd row seats (seatbelt was damaged so I removed it altogether).
