Description

Beautifully done 2007 GMC Savana camper van conversion! Clean CarFax. Featuring:

- 5 factory fitted seats, with car seat anchors. Rear row of seats are removable, if you’d rather have the extra space. Perfect for families! We fitted our toddler's car seat no problem.

- Full queen size bed, Ikea queen size mattress and memory foam topper. (Duvet and pillows not included in the sale.)

- Air conditioning with vents throughout, backup camera, remote central locking, trailer hitch, cruise control.

- Large solar panel on roof, 100 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, 2000 W inverter (for powering AC devices like fans, heaters), bluetooth module which connects to your phone so you can check on the solar power and battery charge %, even from outside the van.

- Also has a shore power plug-in on the outside of the van, for plugging in when campsite power is available.

- 2x regular AC plug ins (e.g. for lights, fans, heater), plus 3x DC USB plug ins (e.g. for your phone).

- Very spacious (75 litre!) Dometic CFX3 75DZ fridge/freezer, dual compartments with independent temperature control (eg use one side as a freezer, other side as a fridge). Runs on DC power straight from the battery, very energy efficient, battery is still close to full after fridge running all night.

- MaxxFan Deluxe 7500K ten speed ceiling fan, with automatic open/close, remote control.

- Loads of storage room under the bed. We stored multiple large plastic bins under there plus fold up deck chairs, fold up table, etc.

- Custom made, insulating window coverings for all windows. Keeps the van dark, and cool on warm nights / warm on cool nights. Custom made magnetic window screens for some opening windows, so you can leave them open at night for air flow without bugs getting in!

- All electrics (solar, battery, ceiling fan, plug ins, etc) were professionally installed by a qualified electrician. It's wired so some of the van ceiling lights run off the lithium battery, so you can use them at night without depleting the van starter battery.

We bought the van 3 years ago and had Mr Mechanic (Lethbridge) check it over and do any maintenance. It's been very well looked after!

I did the basic camper van conversion myself (removed additional rows of seats, installed flooring and wall panels, installed floor and wall insulation, built the bed frame and storage bins), then had an electrician professionally install the electric system. I have a full photo album of the conversion process so you can see what you’re getting. I did a really thorough job with insulation - the van stays relatively cool when it’s hot out and stays warm when it’s cold out. The flooring is beautiful reclaimed cork tiles.

This has been a great van for us but we haven’t been able to use it as much as we hoped due to family medical issues, so we are reluctantly selling. It is a dream for comfortable adventuring, especially for a small family!
