2013 Hyundai Elantra SE

2013 Hyundai Elantra GT 6 speed. 178000km. Check engine code Cylinder 3 misfire went on yesterday. Replaced spark plugs at mechanic. Didn't fix the problem. Ticking and rough idle when accelerating. Not sure what is wrong? Could be something minor or major? Not mechanically inclined and can't afford to sink tons into it to find out what is wrong. Starts. Runs. Drives. But at times rough idle. Hasn't stalled. Clutch and tranny are good. Suspension is mostly redone few months ago- hit curb in winter. Have receipt for work done. 2900 ish. 4 winter studded tires. 2 like new. Other 2 50 percent. Battery new a couple months ago. Brakes and rotors done also a couple months ago . Heated seats. Moonroof. Nice looking car. Windshield cracked. Have had car for 7 months. Ran great until yesterday :( Some rust/ cracks to bottom of back passenger door See pics. Interior is in good shape. Active registration and insurance. Spruce grove. Asking 2500 obo .
