2012 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Touring Hatchback MANUAL TRANSMISSION

Third owner, non-smoker. Have all maintenance records dating back to 2017.

Comes with backup/ dash cam, winter tires on steel rims, and all-seasons on alloy rims. Both tire sets only used a couple seasons, still 8/32 tread left.

Regular oil changes and everything important regularly maintained. Recent work (2023) done: - Driver and passenger front wheel bearings - Rear brake pads and rotors - Front sway bar links - Rear sway bar bushings - Control arm bushings - Outer tie rod ends

The following stopped working over time and I did not care enough to get fixed: - Driver side heated seat - Air conditioning - Rear hydraulic arm that holds hatch door open - Rear windshield wiper - Backseat (driver side) interior door handle (outside works) - Car starter remote de-programmed

Selling as is. Rocker panels are rusted and need to be replaced for a safety.

There are little scratches/ dings around the body, some surface rust, broken bumper clips, and the leather on the console has been ripped from dog's nails :)

Otherwise has been a solid reliable car, runs great. Message to schedule a test drive.
