To obtain local plates you will have to obtain a safe inspection certificate. Clean leather interior. Minor wear on the driver's seat. Power seat, power lock, power and heated mirrors, power windows . There are small scratches on the steering wheel. The check is on. I checked it on a scanner. Fuel cap and fuel gages errors.
