2013 Kia Rio LX+ Rebuilt and NOT saftied

I'm selling my 2013 Kia Rio LX+. When I bought it. Its status was a rebuilt but had a new safety. I usually use it as a winter car. 4 things I know that are wrong with it to my understanding are simple fixes. Washer fluid pump needs replacing. Cruise control sensor is hit or miss. Trunk release sensor needs replacing. Wetline for AC. The interior is near mint. It's the luxury edition. Rocker panels are solid. Brand new studded winter tires and all seasons come with it. ZERO issues with starting or driving. No transmission issues. No leaks. No electrical issues. Oil change doesn't need to be done until 202 000 kms. Command start works. Heat is amazing. Rust is minimal. Has one key and one command start. Bluetooth. You can control most things in the car by the steering wheel push buttons. All work. No strange sounds. Front fender had rust removed. Passenger heated seat works. Drivers side doesn't. It seems like a handful of things to be fixed but they are minor and not expensive fixes. Basically comes down to replacement of some sensors. I don't know why it was rebuilt. It's had 2 previous owners and including myself 3. Totally smoke free car. Currently is insured and being driven. Open to reasonable offers. I don't know what it would take to safety if it would take much at all. It has a blessing for gas prices as it has fully functional Economy Mode. Exterior isn't perfect but it's pretty good. Interior is near excellent. Sorry the photos of the car outside are dirty. Too cold to wash it. Power windows work also. Automatic transmission. ONLY selling it because I need a bigger vehicle. 197678 kms on it and just hwy driven since I got it just over 2 years ago. Doesn't need to be plugged in winter for it to start. Very strong starter and I've never had any issues with it in winter over minus 40 to start not plugged in. Must pick up the car. Best offer takes it. Free from all liens.
