Nissan Altima NOT safetied but reliable

2007 Nissan Altima. Not saftied and a few superficial cosmetic issues. Front passenger side bottom bumper is ripped off but causes 0 issues( could easily replace it with a cheap one from a junk yard but don’t have to). Rust on rear wheel wells is preventing me from getting it fully safetied. Otherwise great vehicle very reliable and great on gas. There is a crack in the windshield but have had no issues with it. Rear driver side break light also is cracked but works fine. If you need a cheap commuter this is it.
