  • Description
Lexi the mom cat (~2 yrs old; black and white) and her kitten Alfie (~5.5 months; white with black patches) were found abandoned. They were found and rescued by Toronto Cat Rescue, and were provided with all the necessary medical attention, spay/neuter, and vaccination (including rabies). They are in perfect health and are ready to find their forever homes. They are a bonded pair (see pictures) and would preferably like to be adopted together. However, if you’re unable to adopt both, they will understand and hope that you have other kitty/doggy companions for them to play with!
Lexi is charming, chatty, and loves being petted and receiving attention. She loves a warm lap, some toys, and a bed to cuddle up to her forever human.
Alfie has a charming personality, enchanting good looks and intelligence. He is truly a professional human charmer! He loves to play, explore, and getting to the bottom of each and every mystery within the four walls of your home!
If you are looking for two sweet companions who love cuddles and attention this pair is for you!
Toronto cat rescue adoption fee is $175 per cat, or $325 for the bonded pair, and includes spay/neuter, vaccination (including rabies), and 6 weeks of free pet insurance.
If you are interested please email, or call 647 404 8330 for more information and to arrange a meet and greet with Lexi and Alfie.

Things you should know about buying or adopting a pet

While pet sellers can be reputable individuals or breeders who treat their animals well, the ease of selling pets over the Internet also makes it attractive to careless, irresponsible breeders and scammers. To protect yourself, you must be careful and believe only what you see and not what you are told. It is highly recommended to arrange for an inspection of the home where the pets are bred. This allows you to check that the mother and other animals are living in suitable conditions, being well cared for, and are in good health.

Remember that the Kijiji Pets section is NOT intended to facilitate uncontrolled breeding, irresponsible commercial pet trading, trade of dogs or any other animal for the purpose of fighting or stud services. Any ads that are suspected of promoting this kind of activity or reported to us will be removed. Users are responsible for adhering to the applicable conditions in relation to adopting, buying, selling or listing of an ad on Kijiji.

Kijiji encourages, where possible, the adoption of pets and encourages all pet owners to have their animals spayed or neutered as well as microchipped.

When looking for a pet, it is important to meet the breeder or seller and examine the pet before agreeing to anything. Since Kijiji is local to your community, this should be easy to arrange. Never adopt/buy a pet from someone who is unwilling to let you see how and where the animal is living!
